Nature of the Agreement

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between cvkk ("Platform", "we", "us") and any person who registers on or uses the platform ("you", "member", "player"). By creating an account on cvkk or continuing to use the platform, you unconditionally accept all provisions of these Terms.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any amendment will be taken as your acceptance of the updated Terms. The date of the most recent update is shown at the top of this page.

Eligibility Requirements

Account Suspension and Closure

Withdrawal Terms

All pending wagering requirements on your account must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed. After submitting a withdrawal request, funds will generally reach your mobile wallet within 10 to 45 minutes. In cases of suspicious activity, we reserve the right to hold a withdrawal until identity verification is complete.

Welcome Bonus

cvkk offers new members a 200% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳10,000. Bonus calculation examples:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳2,000 bonus → total balance ৳3,000
• Deposit ৳12,000 → ৳10,000 bonus as per the maximum cap → total balance ৳22,000

This bonus applies to the first deposit only and each member may receive it once.

Wagering Requirements

A 20× wagering requirement applies to all bonuses. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposited funds.

Bonus Abuse Prohibited

cvkk follows a strict policy against abuse of the bonus system. The following activities will be considered abuse and may result in account closure:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly.

• Collecting bonuses using another person's account.
• Coordinated or group bonus abuse.

VIP Tiers and Weekly Cashback

cvkk's VIP program has five tiers. By playing regularly you can advance to higher tiers and enjoy greater benefits:

Tier Change Policy

Through regular and consistent play you will be automatically promoted to a higher VIP tier. A reduction in activity may result in a tier downgrade. cvkk reserves the right to change VIP tier criteria at any time.

Strictly Prohibited

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cvkk platform:

• Any form of fraud, hacking, or software manipulation.
• Playing games using automated bots or scripts.
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• Attempting to bypass the platform's security measures.
• Mistreating or harassing other members.
• Conducting transactions under a false or anonymous identity.
• Depositing or placing bets using a third party's funds.

Consequences

If any of the above prohibited activities are detected, cvkk will immediately close the account concerned, cancel all bonuses and winnings, and notify law enforcement authorities if necessary.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the cvkk website — including logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and code — is the property of cvkk or its licensors. No part of this material may be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
